  • Key accomplishments: What did you achieve? What were the results?

  • Quantifiable wins: Did you save money, increase revenue, reduce time, or improve efficiency?

  • Challenges you overcame: What obstacles did you face, and how did you work through them?

  • Skills you used and developed: Both hard and soft skills — everything from mastering new tools to leading tough conversations.

  • Praise and feedback: Positive emails, performance reviews, and peer recognition.

Be sure to talk about what you’ve done. You’re your own #1 career cheerleader and need to be confident about what you’ve done and its impact. The key is: just start. Capture your wins while they’re fresh — even the small ones. Over time, they’ll add up to a powerful story that showcases who you are and what you bring to the table.
